THINGS YOU MUST KNOW:
- Buying seafare ticket (Superferry) is only available to franchise outlets.
- The only remittance features than can be used successfully by a Dealer are: Ecash to Ecash, Ecash to GPRS outlet, Ecash to Gcash, Ecash to Gcash Remit, Ecash to Smartmoney and Ecash Credit to Bank. Remittance service through Cebuana and others is only available to franchise outlet (GPRS to Cebuana/others).
- A lot of incomplete addresses and contact details in the database of GPRS outlets has been updated by GPRS.
- Clear-cut Guidelines/Policies:
a. You can now see inside your account an updated compensation feature.
b. Weekly cut-off is Monday. The current balance will be converted to available balance on Tuesday. For the available balance, you can either choose Ecash or cheque. Release of cheque commission is every Friday and Saturday.
- GPRS website is now more secured. This website is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate.
- GPRS will release the new franchise outlet fee estimating to 1.2 million pesos by Febuary 2012. This recent
services (courier, pawnshop & money changer).
- GPRS Call Center Team will be launched on January 2012 to accommodate the growing need of GPRS
- Due to numerous error transaction of MERALCO (Manila Electric Company) encountered by our Channel Partner, please be advised that effective February 2012, all GPRS members (RBC and Dealers) are subject to collect an additional service fee of Php 7.00 for all future MERALCO bills i.e., past due bill, before due bill. We will be sending an advise before implementing the said policy.
